Sponsorship Packages

We offer a number of Sponsorship Packages for those interested in building a relationship with NSA – Los Angeles and the 200+ professional communicators we serve.

Single Event Sponsor – $325

This sponsorship level is available for select events only. Please contact our Sponsorship Director to discuss details and event availability.

• Admission for you, or a member of your organization, to attend the Monthly Chapter Meeting
• Sponsor table at Monthly Chapter Meeting
• Thank-you post with link to website on NSA – Los Angeles Facebook page

Product/Book Launch Sponsor – $325

Are you promoting a product or book you’ve recently launched? Take advantage of this great opportunity to have great promotion and visibility right out the gate.

Investment: $325 plus a minimum of 75 copies of your product/book

Product/Book Launch Sponsorship includes:

• Admission for you to attend the NSA – Los Angeles meeting for which you are the PRODUCT sponsor. (One additional guest or organizational representative can register at a discounted rate of $30).
• Five (5) minute segment during the program to educate us about you, your product/book, and your area of expertise.
• Sponsor table at event for book signing if applicable.
• Group photos with NSA – Los Angeles members which both NSA – Los Angeles and you may use for marketing, and promotional purposes.
• Company logo and/or image of your product/book cover included with other sponsor logos on agenda.
• Invitation to create a 1-2 minute video for promotional purposes.  Please submit video a minimum of two weeks prior to your event date.
• Promotion on the NSA – Los Angeles Facebook page and via social media channels by Board members and event participants. (Please complete the social media section in your application to help us promote you.)

Requirements for Consideration as a PRODUCT/BOOK LAUNCH Sponsor:

• National Member of NSA in good standing at least eight (8) weeks in prior to and through promotion month.
• Professional Member of NSA – Los Angeles in good standing at least eight (8) weeks in prior to and through promotion month.
• Newly Published Author/Co-Author/Creator – within one calendar year of event date. Priority is given to product/book published within three months of event date.
• Commitment to provide a minimum of seventy-five (75) copies of your book or product to be distributed at your product launch sponsorship event. It is encouraged that you to provide enough for all participants for a better overall experience including photos, but as the events have had as many as 150 people in attendance, we have set a minimum commitment of 75.

Premier – $975/year

This sponsorship level is perfect for the sponsor who is planning to show up to every event, be recognized and have the opportunity to interact with the members attending the monthly chapter events.

• Admission for you, or a member of your organization, to attend the Monthly Chapter Meetings (approx. 8). Advanced registration is required (1 week notice). Chapter Meetings are held monthly (September, October, November, January, February, March, April, & May).
• Sponsor table at all eight (8) of our Monthly Chapter Meetings (2 weeks’ notice required).
• Logo, company description, and link to organization and/or promotional video on NSA – Los Angeles website.
• Thank-you post, with link to website, and/or promotional video on NSA – Los Angeles Facebook page.
• Thank-you post, with link to website, or Twitter handle on Twitter by NSA – Los Angeles Sponsorship Director.

Signature – $1,550/year

This sponsorship level is perfect for the sponsor who doesn’t have the opportunity to participate in every event; but will be there when they can. This sponsorship offers a much greater level of promotion both at the monthly chapter meetings as well as in-between.

The SIGNATURE sponsorship includes everything included in PREMIER sponsorship plus:

• One additional representative can attend the Monthly Chapter Meeting (pre-registration is required at a rate of $30 per meeting).
• Logo displayed in prominent position at two (2) Accelerate programs during your twelve month agreement.
• Logo displayed in prominent position at two (2) social events for membership (i.e. summer party, holiday party, or other special social events held throughout the year).
• Additional social media marketing including Board Members posting to Twitter, and the NSA – Los Angeles Facebook page. Minimum of 9 social media mentions over 12 months by Board Members and/or prominent members of NSA – Los Angeles.
• Invitation to contribute content-marketing pieces for NSA – Los Angeles blog and Facebook Page (copy to be approved by NSA – Los Angeles Sponsorship Director).

Elite – $6,850/year

This sponsorship level is perfect for the sponsor who wants to have exclusivity as well as significantly more access to the NSA – Los Angeles Members.

The ELITE sponsorship includes everything in the PREMIER and SIGNATURE sponsorships plus:

• Admission for two (2) organizational representatives per event.
• Exclusive category sponsor. This level of sponsorship will not be available to any other competing businesses.
• Invitation for sponsor representative and one guest to attend NSA – Los Angeles social events (i.e. holiday party, summer party, etc.). Please note: no active selling is allowed at social events.

This ELITE sponsorship level has first right of refusal on premier sponsorship for following year up until 30 days before expiration of agreement at which point another vendor may take on the category.

This sponsorship level is perfect for a business, not based in Los Angeles, which has something to promote to the NSA Membership.

• Visibility/Promotion at Monthly Chapter Meetings (approx. 8). Specific promotional offer due two weeks prior to each Meeting.
• Attendance at one Monthly Chapter Meeting (if in town). Advanced registration is required (1 week notice). Chapter Meetings are held monthly (September, October, November, January, February, March, April, & May).
• Logo displayed in prominent position at two (2) Accelerate programs during your twelve month agreement.
• Logo displayed in prominent position at two (2) social events for membership (i.e. summer party, holiday party, or other special social events held throughout the year).
• Social Media promotion on NSA – Los Angeles Facebook Page featuring specific promotional offer 6 times per year.
• Logo, company description, and link to organization and/or promotional video on NSA – Los Angeles website.
• Thank-you post, with link to website, and/or promotional video on NSA – Los Angeles Facebook page.
• Thank-you post, with link to website, or Twitter handle on Twitter by NSA – Los Angeles Sponsorship Director.

Elite | National – $6,850/year

This sponsorship level is perfect for a business, not based in Los Angeles, which has something to promote to the NSA Membership and wants to have exclusivity as well as more access to the NSA Los Angeles Members.

The ELITE | NATIONAL sponsorship includes everything in the SIGNATURE | NATIONAL plus:

• Attendance at any of the Monthly Chapter Meetings (if in town). Advanced registration is required (1 week notice). Chapter Meetings are held monthly (September, October, November, January, February, March, April, & May).
• Exclusive category sponsor. This level of sponsorship will not be available to any other competing businesses.
• Product/Book Launch for one (1) event per annual agreement.
• Email sent to NSA – Los Angeles membership two (2) times during your twelve month agreement. Content must be approved by the Sponsorship Chair.

This ELITE sponsorship level has first right of refusal on premier sponsorship for following year up to 30 days before expiration of agreement at which point another vendor may take on the category.
